In real estate transactions, we take over after the ink has dried and a dispute has arisen, whether it be over ownership rights, easement or license rights, or lien rights. Mr. Gardner is an experienced litigator in real estate matters, and has served as an Adjunct Professor at California Western School of Law, co-teaching a course on real estate law.
