Mr. Gardner has helped many financial institutions mitigate losses, collect debts, defend against consumer claims, and navigate myriad legal and regulatory obstacles and minefields. He understands the needs of financial organizations; for five years, he served on the Board of Directors of North Island Credit Union, a financial institution with over $1 billion in assets and more than 230 employees.
